How to Request a Tour
Tours are guided by our Research Scientists and customized based on group size and interests.
Whether you're an individual, school group, or organization, we invite you to experience COIFPM.
To request a tour, please complete the online form linked below. Once we receive your request, a member of our team will follow up to coordinate details and scheduling.
NOTE: COIFPM reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to research activities, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Group Visit?
K-14 students and educators, participants in UW outreach programs, UW students, faculty, and staff, representatives from state and federal agencies, as well as current and prospective industry partners, are all invited to explore the Center of Innovation for Flow through Porous Media (COIFPM).
For K-14 groups, we offer specialized educational opportunities that include hands-on activities and demonstrations designed to engage younger learners. If you are a K-14 teacher, school representative, or youth group leader, please let us know when you request a tour so we can tailor the experience for your students.

On your guided tour, you'll explore the unique capabilities and mission of COIFPM, including:

Please note: Some areas are active research spaces and may have limited access depending on ongoing projects.
